The Accomodation
The property - comprising lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and
3 terraces - comfortably sleeps up to 4 people, but may be stretched to 6
by use of the sofabed.
There are several outdoor areas. On the ground floor a patio overlooks the front garden. There is also a garden to the rear. The main bedroom has patio doors, leading onto the first floor balcony, also overlooking the front garden. The second floor is a roof top solarium, where there is both sun and shade most days.
The private roof terrace, with sun loungers and BBQ area, gives more opportunity to soak up the sun, or dine alfresco with a bottle of vino.
Pools
You can enjoy the use of 2 nearby landscaped bathing areas with sculptured swimming pools.
The nearest pool is only a few metres from the property, with a second pool just a couple of minutes walk away.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen contains oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher. There is crockery and cutlery for six people with ample cupboard space and a pull out larder. A portable BBQ is also provided.
A separate utility room contains washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes airer etc.
Lounge/diner
The open plan lounge/diner is furnished to a high standard, with a 3 seater sofa, a rocking chair, coffee table, glass dining table and 4 chairs. There is a television Sky TV with DVD and a CD player, the television has Sky TV. A selection of books and games are also available.
Bathroom
The first floor bathroom is fully tiled with bath/shower, wc and bidet. Towels are provided. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with wc and washbasin.
Bedroom 1
The main bedroom has a double bed, double fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and dresser. Patio doors lead out onto a balcony with morning sunshine.
Bed linen is included.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and a bedside cabinet. There
are double fitted wardrobes, with drawers inside.
Bed linen is provided.
Golf
It is a paradise for golfers, with its own golf club lying in close proximity to several other great courses.
The property is situated at Las Ramblas Golf, with Villamartin, Campoamor
and La Finca courses close by.
